AACT Stroud Jordan award to Bob Huzinec

Robert J. (Bob) Huzinec has been chosen to receive the American Association of Candy Technologists' Stroud Jordan Award in 2013, to be presented during the annual AACT Technical Seminar. Huzinec is a principal scientist at the Hershey Company. He has 30 years of experience in product development, confectionery processing and technical services through his positions at Hershey, Leaf Incorporated and the American Chicle Co. (Warner Lambert). He has several patents. Recently Huzinec led the effort to produce an educational video for confectionery career promotion to high schools across the United States.
