Retail Confectioners International (RCI) will present a Creams, Fondants and Fudges course at Esther Price Candies, in Dayton, Ohio, August 5-7. The course will include lecture and hands-on experiences. The schedule will begin with the history of products made with creams, fondants and fudges, and progress to the different types of fondants, to the variety of creams and fudge and will feature demonstrations as well as student labs. The course is limited to 20 registrants.
