ZDS chocolate seminar

ZDS (Zentralfachschule der Deutschen Siibwaren-wirtschaft) is offering a practical course in chocolate confections February 10-14. The course will be held in Solingen, Germany, and conducted in English. The course will cover - in theory and practice-the raw materials used, how they are processed and the technology of producing dark, milk and white chocolate, couverture and coatings; hollow figures; moulded items; and enrobed products.
