Mondelez International reported its second-quarter 2015 results. "Our strong second-quarter results reflect continued execution of our transformation agenda," said Irene Rosenfeld, chairman and CEO. "With the creation of the coffee joint venture now complete, our portfolio is focused even more on snacks." On a reported basis, net revenues were $7.7 billion, down 9.2 percent. Operating income was $841 million, down 12.1 percent.
