摘要

1. This study examines the impact of national environment on managerial value systems by comparing representative samples of Chinese managers in the United States, Singapore and the People's Republic of China. 2. Two measures of managerial values are used. The dimensions of Western measures are Machiavellianism, Dogmatism, Locus of Control and Intolerance of Ambiguity. The Eastern measures comprise Integration, Confucian Dynamism, Human-heartedness and Moral Discipline.
