Ontario Ministry of Labor Consulting on New Occupational Exposure Limits

Industrial Hygienists (ACGIH) in 2014 and 2015. Consultation on the annual revised limits recommended by the ACGIH is the foundation of the MOL’s OEL update process. Through this process, the MOL has updated OELs for more than 200 hazardous substances since the process was introduced in 2004. This is the MOL’s eleventh consultation under the OEL update process.
