摘要

Though the work of leaders encompasses many things, two stand at the very core: creating a vision that others can rally around, and making the decisions to guide the organization toward those ends. The fallacy of the hero worship that often surrounds the great leader concept today is that one person must perform both tasks: the one with the power to see and inspire others toward a better future is also the one who must make all the important decisions to get there.
