Analytical Method of Rating Public Opinion for Power Generation Systems and Constructing Best-Mixed Systems Reflecting Public Preference

摘要

Best-mixed power generation systems must be constructed by paying careful attention to various factors such as usage, security, environment and public acceptance besides cost. In this paper, various values of general power consumers have been evaluated with two kinds of question- naires, and general tendency of putting more importance on security, environment and public acceptance and disvalue cost and usage have been recognized.
