Alcoholic Beverage Control

We are excited to announce that our server training in alcohol regulations (S.T.A.R.) has been selected by several areas to be provided to sellers and servers of alcohol through grant funding. By funding scholarships for servers and sellers, alcohol will be served more responsibly creating a safer environment for citizens of the commonwealth. S.T.A.R. scholarships are available in Morehead, Mt. Sterling, Murray, Bluegrass Area, and Wood-ford County.
