In an effort to continue to set themselves apart from the pack, Pernod Ricard USA recently invited Southern Wine & Spirits Master Mixologist Bridget Albert to visit Kentucky to educate consumers, retailers and bartenders alike on the subtle nuances of creating fresh and fun cocktails. Bridget developed her techniques and talents tending bar at great establishments around the globe, most notably the $1.6 billion Las Vegas resort, the Bellagio. She studied under Master Mixologist Tony Abou-Ganim and is the Chapter Chairman of the United States Bartender Guild. She is also currently serving as the Vice President of the Master Mixologist Accreditation Program and is the author of "Market Fresh Mixology."
