COMPARATIVE STUDY ON THE JAPANESE AND CONTINENTAL CHARACTERISTICS IN THE EXPERIMENTAL SAND-PLAY CONSTRUCTIONS

摘要

Cultural differences in the experimental sand-play constructions of 18 foreign graduated are investigated from a psycho-social point of view. Spatially pluralistic style is dominant in the constructions of the Japanese graduates, while centra- lized style is dominant in those of foreign graduates brought up in the countries under the influence of continental civilizations.
