摘要

Molecules bearing a vicinal aminofluorine moiety have been extensively used as important building blocks for anticholinergic, antiemetic, and antispastic drugs as well as enzyme inhibitors. However, very few effective approaches are available for the synthesis of these fluorinated molecules, and transition metal catalyzed methods are particularly rare.
