Gianni Grasso is a chemistry graduate of the University of Naples and has worked for Stazione Sperimentale Industria Pelli of Naples as Researcher since 1978. He is now Research Manager. Since 1991 he has lectured in Agroindustrial Technologies at the University of Basilicata and also, since 2006 in 'Quality and Materials Technology' at the University of Naples.
