Dear Scholars, Educators and Researchers:rnThe editorial team of the Journal of Small Business (JSBM) is pleased to announce a number of innovative features designed to meet our goal of maintaining our status as a top tier journal, First, you will notice the new page size. We have increased the page size by 15% to be consistent with other top tier journals like ET&P. Second, we now offer a comprehensive online library with access to all published articles since 2001. Third, we now offer "Early View Publication," which allows readers to access selected articles online prior to them being published in print. Fourth, we have redesigned the Journal's cover to reflect a more modern look and feel.
