PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To introduce recommended items without obtaining client preference estimation factor information lists by client identifiers from respective item provider servers which want to use recommended item introducing service nor giving any common and unique client identifier to a plurality of item provider servers across the board.;SOLUTION: Client preference estimation factor information by client identifiers as information on which the estimation of preferences of clients is based is obtained, and client preference estimation factor information showing the preference of one client is received from an item provider server which provides items for a plurality of clients through a network together with a recommended item introduction request from the client without specifying the client.
