Bioconductor Case Studies

The last few years have seen continuing developments in genomics and systems biology; these have generated a huge amount of genomics data and the Bioconductor software has become a standard tool for analysing them. In this volume, the authors present several study cases applying Bioconductor tools to the analysis of microarray gene expression data.
