摘要

For companies everywhere, there is a critical need to improve employee engagement, to unlock the passion and potential of individuals at every level of the organization. The heart of this drive is to engage people with purpose-the "why" of the organization. When people experience a high degree of alignment between the mission/ vision of the company and their personal values, engagement becomes far easier to ignite. People willingly engage because they know their efforts will affect a higher good - not only their colleagues and customers, but also communities and society as a whole.
