Diagnosis and treatment of biliary injury caused by laparoscopic cholecystectomy

摘要

Objective: To summarize experience of the diagnosis and treatment of biliary injury caused by laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods: Twenty-three patients with biliary injury of various types caused by laparoscopic cholecystectomy were diagnosed and treated in our department in 6 years. The biliary injury was divided into 5 types form A to E. According to these types, the patients were treated with different methods.
