This is the seventh annual collection of hidden maritime legal scholarship. It includes admiralty articles published outside of the four United States maritime law journals. The articles are also limited by date, geography, and type. Although a few have listed publication dates of 2007 or 2009, all items were published during the 2008 calendar year by United States-based scholarly or professional legal publications. Legal newspapers or newsletters are not incorporated.
