Admiralty and Maritime Law Articles Published in Non-Maritime Law Journals (2006)

This is the fifth annual collection of hidden maritime legal scholarship. It includes admiralty articles published outside of the four U.S. maritime law journals. The articles are also limited by date, geography, and type. Although a few have listed publication dates of 2005 or 2007, all items were published during the 2006 calendar year by U.S.-based scholarly or professional legal publications. Legal newspapers or newsletters are not incorporated.
