Comparison Study on Seafarer Casualty Compensation Scheme in Maritime Labor Convention 2006 and Status of Labor Law In China

摘要

By doing research on seafarer casualty compensation schemes under Maritime Labor Convention 2006,this paper makes comparison on articles related to seafarer casualty compensation schemes in Maritime Labor Convention 2006 and those in labor laws in China,analyses the differences under the Convention and Chinese legal systems and attempts to offer some help for development of China's seafarer protection laws and for China's preparatory work for accepting the Convention.
