Customer Emotions over IP

摘要

IPTV allows ICT companies to create a socially relevant service with high value for the customer. The precondition for such innovation: A deep understanding of the customer's desires. The emotions of the customers therefore must find their way into the ICT organisation. Our concept to achieve this goal: the creation of a common experience between the consumer and the company - an adventure both can relate to. 'Buntes Fernsehen', created by Sonovista and Telekom Austria, serves as a proof-of-concept.
