Mentor of the Year Award

Mentor of the year Dave Davis, an Engineering Manager at NSSLGlobal as well as former apprentice and mentee, has been mentoring Howard Pearson, a BT apprentice, via ITP's Cross Industry Mentoring Scheme. Dave impressed the judges with his commitment, flexibility, and ability to inspire his mentee. Howard praised Dave for his openess, his fresh perspective, and his willingness to always answer questions -even when on annual leave!
