摘要

As sensor nodes in Wireless Sensor Network (WSN) have limited energy, reducing nodes energy consumption and extending the life cycle of networks become the core issues in Wireless Sensor Network. In order to solve the problem of excessive energy consumption for transmitting to sink node directly from cluster heads in WSN, a new routing algorithm based on ant colony, LEACH-A was proposed. The algorithm takes advantage of the characteristics of ant algorithm, such as being easy to be realized and supporting multi-path to build cluster routing according to the information of its distance and remaining energy of nodes. The results of simulation show that the algorithm is of better performances in reducing average energy dissipation, prolonging network lifetime and enhancing expansibility of the network.
