摘要

In cognitive radio system dynamic spectrum allocation is the key for achieving fully utilization of spectrum. In this paper we introduce a new variable to describe the communication requirements of each user. Furthermore, a novel allocation algorithm is proposed based on the need of the users in the system in order to meet the communication requirements of these access users. Simulation results show that the proposed algorithm both raise the allocation result of satisfied ratio and the fairness without decreasing the system utility in general.
