摘要

Through analyzing capacity and logistic connection constraints of steelmaking-continuous casting-hot rolling processes, this paper put forward a scheduling model which considered capacity requirements changed over time and logistic connection constraints for the integrated batch packets planning and scheduling problem. Afterwards, a hybrid algorithm which nested constraint programming into genetic algorithm was proposed to solve the model, the objective of which was to shorten the production cycle and to improve equipment operating rate of the rolling line. Finally, the computational results denoted that proposed model and algorithm were feasible and effective for the purpose of scheduling a reasonable production sequence of the batch packets and improving equipment operating rate during various stages in a practical application.
