摘要

Coal-dominated energy structure leads to contradictions of economic, energy and environment in China, so it is needed to optimize energy structure reasonably. This paper introduced the situation of energy consumption in China, and summarized the characteristics of the current energy consumption structure. Combined with the "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" and the direction of the "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan", it established multi-objective optimization model of energy structure in China in order to minimize carbon and sulfur dioxide emission. Then it improved the premature of genetic algorithm, and solved the optimization model using the improved genetic algorithm. The result shows that the optimized energy structure in line with our emission reduction target. Finally, this paper proposed corresponding countermeasures for energy consumption and the development of renewable energy.
