A Relationship-based Social Question and Answer System in Social Network

In recent years, Community Question Answering (CQA) service becomes more and more popular, which enables users to ask and answer questions on the web. However, there are some limitations of the existing CQA system. Firstly, most of answers are not of high quality, which cannot solve the questioner's confusion. Secondly, more and more questions raised recently, while relatively few people want to answer questions, which leads to many questions are not answered. Therefore, the most important thing is to find people who are familial' with the field of the question and have the wishes to answer. Social Psychology Research believes that those who have a social relationship with asker are more willing to answer questions than others. Based on this theory, we explore a new research field combining social networks and Question and Answer System and propose a respondents recommended method based on the social networks relationship of the questioner.
