Analysis on Innovation Factors and Forecast of Enterprises Based on Grey Theory

Technological innovation has become a decisive factor in the development of enterprises. Based on literature, the internal factors affecting output capacity of technological innovation are explored. Technological innovation indicators of Chinese medium-sized industrial enterprises are established. In order to get single dependent variable sequences in gray correlation analysis, five technical innovation output indicators sequences become a single integrated sequence using information entropy method. The optimal number N in GM (1, N) gray prediction model is 7; the average relative error in this case is 2.542%.
