Power Quality Disturbance Based on Gabor-Wigner Transform

摘要

Gabor-Wigner Transform (GWT) is the combination of Gabor transform and Wigner transform which has advantages of both Gabor transform and Wigner distribution, and is able to overcome the disadvantages of these two. Thus GWT enjoys better time-frequency resolution while resolving the problem of cross terms. Improved GWT algorithm is studied in this paper and applied to power quality disturbance detection. Experiment results show that this algorithm has outstanding effect on voltage fluctuation, sharp rise and drop of voltage, and detection analysis of pulse oscillation. Meanwhile, a new method is proposed for power quality detection.
