摘要

To build an emergency network, selecting location is the most important step. It is no longer a single-objective problem. Both cost and efficiency should be taken into account. In this research, a multi-objective location model was established. Under the uncertain situation, a hybrid intelligent algorithm was developed to balance the two objects. This algorithm takes advantage of fuzzy random simulation, neural network and Elite Non-dominated Sorting Genetic Algorithms. Then it helped a power grid company select seven reasonable solutions to locate emergency facility. Therefore, a conclusion can be drawn that this model and algorithm is feasible and progressive for emergency facility location problem.
