PURPOSE: An intelligent emergency signal transmission system using a mobile phone and a method thereof are provided to effectively overcome emergency situations by rapidly transmitting a help requesting signal to a third party who is near the emergency situations while precisely calculating the location of a user and going into action using multiple methods of a GPS method, the calculating method for a base station location, a movement route registration, or a current position registration.;CONSTITUTION: Voice recognition software determines an emergency situation through the voice recognition of preset specific audio data. An emergency alarm signal determines call connection through a voice telephony network of a mobile phone(A1), which has a plurality of telephone numbers registered in advance, and successively attempts call connection. The mobile phone of a user transmits a combined signal if the call connection is completed. A national police agency server(PS) or a security company server(SS) receives the emergency alarm signal from the mobile phone of the user and generates a signal for going to an emergency site.
