How did you start in the affordable housing and community development field? What initially attracted you to the field, and what kept you involved in it?rnIt's been so many years ago, I almost can't remember. After graduating from Boston University, I had 2 part-time jobs: I taught elec-tives at a suburban high school and worked for a relocation services company, learning subsidized housing programs. I did not like teaching, and found myself drawn to housing management. The work spoke to my heart; to the lessons my parents taught me-to do yourrnbest, be kind to others and to try to leave this place better than how you found it (which I hope I will be able to do!).
