Q: Please give us a brief description of your agency. A: The Housing Authority of the County of Santa Barbara was founded in 1941. We currently own and manage 1,100 units and approximately 3,600 Housing Choice Vouchers. We are proud that HUD has ranked us a High Performing Housing Authority for the past ten consecutive years. Q: How did you get started with Yardi? A: We went live with Yardi Voyager~® in October 2009. Our initiative was to find technology that could leverage tangible benefits in improving our agency's efficiency, accuracy of data, customer service, and reporting capabilities. We decided to go all in with a comprehensive solution, and have achieved many of our goals through our partnership with Yardi.
