"The use of AI is a great opportunity to introduce new genetics, both dairy and beef, into a customer's breeding programme. When I work with new customers, often their biggest challenge is breeding enough cows. I focus on driving profitability through fertility efficiency and the process of AI is part of this. Accurate heat detection, data management, communication and collaboration, are equally important."
