Florid Cystic Endosalpingiosis Presenting as an Obstructive Colon Mass Mimicking Malignancy: Case Report and Literature Review

We report a case of transmural florid cystic endosalpingiosis of the colon with tumor-like obstruction in a 90-year-old woman with abdominal distention and obstruction.
