摘要

Along with more efficient network economy, global competition is rapidly accelerated and becomes more violent. Green knowledge is the most valuable resource in the post-capitalist society. Education plays the important role in the transformation of society and authenticity is required in the education sites for facing and solving problems. Especially, the authentic treatment between school administration and teachers' teaching is necessary. Schools are important places to cultivate students' green knowledge and personality, and school leaders play the role of pilots. Schools are moral institutions to promote social environmental protection model. Apparently, school leaders are responsible for educating talents. It also reveals the importance of school leaders' authenticity. Aiming at teachers of universities in Shandong Province and directors of education bureaus, total 520 copies of questionnaire are distributed with random sampling, and 377 valid copies are retrieved, with a retrieval rate of 73%. The retrieved questionnaire data are analysed with statistical software. Suggestions, according to the results, are proposed in this study, expecting to explain domestic higher education cohering with organisational trust and cohesion to further create an authentic school environment with the members.
