摘要

Corporate social responsibility refers to the voluntary commitment of an enterprise based on the idea of sustainable development. When executing series of social activities, environmental corporation should pay attention to the employees feelings, including employees identity and wellbeing. Nevertheless, past research on corporate social responsibility mostly stressed on the financial performance of enterprises, but seldom studied employee performance. With the combination of the awareness of social responsibility, well-being, and organisational identity of employees in environmental industry with the innovative behaviour, the empirical research is preceded in this study. Total 431 valid copies of questionnaire are retrieved for the SEM analysis. The result reveals positive relations between the awareness of social responsibility and innovative behaviour of employees in environmental industry and the mediation effects of employees well-being and organisational identity. It is suggested that a environmental corporation should have the employees be aware of and even participate in the execution of social responsibility to induce various innovative behaviours beneficial to the sustainable development of the business through the interaction between internal and external interested parties in the process.
