摘要

A procedure for analysing and synthesizing complex discrete production-line systems based on the block-hierarchical approach that uses integrated characteristics of the individual subsystems is proposed. A flexible modular simulation program realized in the GPSS universal programming language is developed on the basis of the proposed procedure. The program developed enables one, by means of autonomous investigations of the individual production lines and then the production sections, to simulate the functioning of the production system as a whole. In sum, at the preliminary stages, one succeeds in obtaining detailed information on the production by determining its basic parameters, such as the characteristics of the technological equipment, the volume of stores and in-process inventories, the capacities of the repair services, etc. The modular program developed, in addition to its high flexibility and convenience in use, enables one to shorten and simplify considerably the process of designing a complex production system.
