摘要

A problem of estimating the handling capacity of an aerodrome with one runaway is considered. A model of air traffic management in the airport area is proposed that helps estimate analytically restrictions of its handling capacity associated with intersections of trajectories of aircraft taking off and approaching. The proposed model uses analogy between maximally congested aircraft flow in the aerodrome area and Fermi systems. Choosing the objective functional for estimating optimal aerodrome handling capacity taking into account waiting times of arriving aircraft is discussed.
