摘要

Free running frequency equation and dynamic angular displacement equation of screwing tap torsional vibration for vibration tapping are formulated on the base of vibration theory. What influences the ratio of free running frequency to vibration frequency have on the dynamic angular displacement of screwing tap are analyzed according to dynamics, which has important theoretical sense and certain practical value to advisably select cutting parameter and enhance tapping efficiency and machining precision.
