Process Control System Information of Oil-Pipe Lines for Estimation of Reservoir's 'Big Breathing'

We consider the information technology of estimation of ejection volumes o pollutants into the atmosphere as a result of "big breathing" of tank farms in the pipeline transportation businesses. We site the estimation algorithm which uses the database of process control systems.
