High-Performace Generalized Walsh Slant-Transforms for Digital Images Compression

We work out software support and carry out computer examination with the object of finding transforms with the highest efficiency and high compression ratio of digital images. We investigate a choice of the optimal number of slant vectors taking into account transforms characteristics (efficiency, compression ratio) and computational complexity of their fast algorithms.
