On a Generalized Model of the Gompertzian Dynamics

We propose generalization of a model of the Gompertzian dynamics to the case of 2M subpopulations of cancer and n subpopulations of normal cells. The use of m various cytotoxic agents is considered. Problems of optimal control with respect to treatment objectives are formulated. Conditions of the existence and positiveness of model solutions, as well as questions of the existence of equilibrium states, are investigated.
