摘要

Kokusai Denshin Denwa Co., Ltd. joins many service providers operating in a global chain of long-distance networks. Their efforts to assure quality service require mutual assistance and cooperation. Once it was common for telecommunications network operators to concentrate only on their own segment of an international line. Now, they regard themselves as co-partners in the telecommunications project, sharing the responsibility for end-to-end services. To meet that responsibility, Kokusai Denshin Denwa Co., Ltd. (KDD), for one, has devised a Quality of Service management system that acknowledges customer requirements, creates a network to meet those needs, and improves the operations.
