生活環境としての重要伝統的建造物群保存地区の活用可能性と当該市町村による認識

摘要

This paper aims to clarify the possible lifestyles in Important Preservation Districts for Groups of Traditional Buildings, based on the consideration on numbers and distribution of facilities necessary to live and presumptive employment opportunities. In addition, it's elucidated that overall tendency of the municipal recognition of the district from the contrast the above lifestyles in the districts with municipal plans for the districts, to derive problems related in the districts from the analyses. In consequence, the contradiction between the municipal recognition and their actual condition didn't seem to bring out their potential as living environment for planning of the districts.%本稿では、「重伝建地区」周辺における「生活関連施設」及び「雇用発生地域」を当該地区の生活環境を構成する要因と捉え、それらの存否を把握し、市町村の制定する『総合計画』との比較対照から、当該市町村の認識に起因した事業計画上の問題点を検討した。
