Norway joins US, UK in Barents Sea manoeuvres

A Norwegian frigate joined US and UK warships on the second allied freedom of navigation exercise in the Barents Sea this year. The multinational task group entered the Barents Sea on 7 September to begin a three-day period of training to gain experience of operating in the region's Arctic environment, according to announcements by the UK, US and Norwegian armed forces later that day.
