Rosoboronexport is to prioritise Moscow's rearmament programme while keeping defence exports at a level of USD13 billion per year until 2017, Isaykin told ITAR-TASS in the same interview. "We have annual plans approved by the president and the government. The plan for 2014 is being fulfilled on schedule and all the goals will be achieved," Isaykin said, adding that the agency has a development strat- egy up to 2020. He said "record achievements" were not to be expected for some years as rearming the Russian armed forces was a priority and there was great amount of work to do on state defence procurement. But he was confident that Russian exports would subsequently increase "since the international demand for Russian weapons now exceeds production capacity".
