Mavel has announced that it has successfully commissioned two of five hydro projects the company is working on in South Korea, with the remaining three to be completed by the end of May 2012.rnThe company had signed a contract in April 2010 to provide hydraulic design and turbines and related equipment for the Yipo, Gangjeong, Hapcheon, Nakdan and Seungcheon hydroelectric power plants. The contracts call for the provision of 11 turbines that will have installed power totaling about 16.2MW.
