Even though there is a lack of women in this segment I believe that the trend is towards balancing out the proportion of male and female employees. Nowadays, the same number of girls and boys choose to train as clerks in the forwarding and logistics service sector.What encouraged you in the beginning to start a professional career in the logistics industry?When I finished school, I thought that some vocational training in the administration segment seemed like a sensible idea. I knew something about shipping as my mother was already a forwarder. I have never regretted my decision.
